BSNL has introduced 64K Nano SIM Cards
Bharat Sanchar Nigham Limited (BSNL) has introduced 64K Nano SIM Cards which are mostly used by mobile capability iPad mini models as well as all iPhone 5 models, with charges for New and Replacement connections.
Nano SIM cards are the cards of fourth version or 4th Form Factor(4FF) standard of ETSI TS 102 221 V11.0.0 which was introduced early in 2012 having length 12.30(mm), width 8.80(mm), and thickness of 0.67(mm) in size. Nano SIM is the smallest SIM on the market components such as additional memory or larger batteries.
In order to offer world class telecom services to their customers, BSNL introduced 64K Nano SIM cards in the market, where the charges shall vary for New connection with activation and SIM Replacement for old connection.
Particulars of 64K Nano SIM – Cost of Nano SIM with S.Tax
New Nano SIM & Activation charges – Rs.37
Nano SIM Replacement charges – Rs.100
*Cost of BSNL Nano SIM for Jammu and Kashmir circle will be exclusive of Service Tax.
The charges for newly introduced BSNL 64K Nano SIM Cards shall effective from 1st May 2013 in all the circles of BSNL.
